Delivery Information:

• To ensure timely delivery, kindly place your order by 11 am for next-day delivery, available for both residential and business addresses in the UK and Mainland Scotland.
• For deliveries to the Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands, Northern Islands, and specific postcodes, please allow 2 - 3 working days for delivery.
• Our next-day flower delivery service operates from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and bank holidays.
• Orders received after 11 am GMT on Friday will be dispatched on Monday, with delivery scheduled for Tuesday.

Substitution Policy:

• Our flower deliveries are subject to product availability and seasonal fluctuations.
• While we make every effort to maintain the colors as shown in the pictures, there may be rare instances where substitutions of certain flowers or items are necessary to ensure timely delivery.
• These substitutions will always involve items of equal or greater value to maintain the overall theme and quality of the gift.
• Whenever possible, we will contact you via email or phone to obtain your approval for substitutions. In cases where we are unable to reach you or time constraints apply, we will proceed with the substitution.
